As founder and CEO of AM&F Consulting LLC, Frances uses her experience of over 14 years, skills, passion and  connections to advise on projects,  business management, customer focus, quality, performance improvement, events,  and lots more.

Frances has worked in various capacities which include  Project Quality & Strategy Management in the UAE and Africa and currently partners with numerous companies in the Middle East, Africa, Europe, U.K and the U.S.

Frances has gained a reputation not only for her impressive ability to proactively and creatively manage teams and projects with restricted timelines, yet producing excellent results,  but also for her trust worthy credible character  which is continuously being applauded by her clients and partners globally.
